The size is plenty enough as a little goes a long way! The best thing about this blend is its effectiveness to help make me sleepy which is a miracle.

Smells good, calming scent. Tastes okay, very subtle, minimal flavor, maybe its supposed to be? The label is very sketchy and the barcode had a sticker of another barcode. Drank some last night, didn't die. Might be ok.

Great tea that helps you to wind down for the evening. Calms and soothes. Note that 8 ounce gets you quite a bit of tea ~150 brews. Good idea to vacuum seal it for freshness.
