This is a great craft to do with the kids. My granddaughter loved making the soap and uses is nightly in her baths.Don’t overdo on the scent tho- it’s pretty strong.It was easy to make and a good value

Fine for kids, would not use for adults
Used for a casual art event with adults.The instructions ask you to microwave the soap. I would have appreciated a warning about how a matter of seconds in difference will bring you from solid chunks of soap to boiling over the top liquid, and now your microwave is full of soap, now hardened, that is incredibly difficult to clean. Scents smelled a bit strange, perhaps more artificial than expected.What saved the soap-making day was a batch of dried flowers and leaves I had additionally purchased for people to sprinkle lightly on top of their soaps. That was a big hit. If we didn't have that, I'm sure this kit would have been slightly disappointing.
