My older brother in another state developed a disability in his hands that left him needing to use large pliers just to open a bottle of soda. I decided to gift him this set and a couple days ago he called to tell me how thrilled he is with these openers. He can now open cans of multiple sizes and easily opens soda bottles with "no effort at all". Even with the weakness in his hands he is able to place the large multiple opening device on cans of various sizes and then squeeze the handles and open the cans equally effortlessly. He really isn't using the rubber pad so i can't comment on that, but the bottle and can opening devices really have improved his quality of daily living.I have noted some reviewers indicating that there are size limitaions to take into consideration in taht very large cans would be too big for this device and I suspect they are correct, but my brother has no such cans so for him this has not been an issue. But for every day use I think this is proving to be a great and bargain priced set of devices and I was thrilled to learn how helpful they ahve been for my brother. It made my day!I can't as yet speak on durability but if any problems arise I will update this review as I do with all my reviews.

This is a good product to have in your kitchen. Especially if you are older or have poor hand strength. Works well

These work amazingly well for someone like myself with weakness on hands, arms, neck, shoulder and what not. I’ve had aches and soreness for as long as I can remember however younger age wouldn’t let me stop me opening a jar… then age snuck in and I found myself with the fun gift of aging; osteoarthritis and all the excitement it comes with including inability to open a jar or even my kombucha bottle cap 😭Inflammation everywhere and being told by my doctors, pt and husband that wasn’t going to keep opening jars for me (🤨) I ordered this set.Now I can open my own pickles, kombucha and whatnot!The world (aka jars) are no longer my oyster (yes yes, weird way to describe how beer I can’t for the life of me open one of those bad boys), I can freely open any jar without asking for help 😋

Arthritis, old age, crippled up old (not yet, really!!) woman here!! OR, is that manufacturer's just put those lids on so tight that Sasquatch can't pry them off??!?!!I have already purchased more than one set, for our home and motorhome. Will definitely be getting more for friends, who of course, most likely don't need this set now. OH, BUT THEY WILL IN THE FUTURE!;))

I like the silicone pad and the small drink opener. The big one is a little more cumbersome for me. I have RA though. Dishwasher safe. Easy to use

I love that the universal lid helper has so many different sizes for whatever I need help opening.And the hand held bottle and tab + other uses gadget is perfect for whatever else I need to get open.The gripper is prefect for helping hold my product in place that is being opened with one of the other gadgets.Thank you so much for helping me save my hands.

My elderly mother was having trouble opening jars, bottles etc. I gave her this and she loves it. Says she is able to open anything she wants now.
