For 15 years, Ive had great luck with BSN products, and Ive also used No-Xplode in Fruit punch, which tastes great. I dont know whats wrong with thes batch, but its awful. I cant stomach it. I even tried to cut it with the Fruit flavor, but it was still bad.

So I haven’t used this stuff in years I remember it being a great pump/focus preworkout. This is not the current case… gave me no pump no good energy and on top made me feel like absolute crap! I had a massive headache loss of hearing and all around terrible feeling! If your looking to try get the small canister for I’d hate to see another person waste their money and sanity!

Gave me energy but the pump was not really noticeable whether it was a heavy low rep day or intense lighter weight day. It also did not help with endurance or give that initial boost like other pres. the initial energy boost wore off pretty fast but came back about halfway through my workout which I personally didn’t like because it was only energy. On the plus side, I did feel like I stayed more hydrated throughout my works which is great. If you do purchase do not take it less than 5hrs before you go to sleep. I made that mistake once and was up for a full 26hrs and could not sleep. I’ve taken other pres with less caffeine and the positive effects were much greater.

Finally figured out what was causing my multiple trips to the restroom in the mornings after taking this. I made the mistake of purchasing without reading the reviews and man was that a dumb move. The flavor is great but the littler to no pre-workout effect combined with the bubble gut make this a big thumbs down. I do not recommend.

I took HALF a scoop of this product 2 days ago. It gave me some extra energy for my workout so I was happy. The next day I started having some intense pain in my stomach so I scheduled a doctor appointment for the following day. They took my blood today and I headed back to work still feeling pretty terrible. Fast forward to earlier tonight: I get a call from my doctor at 10:30PM stating that I need to go to the emergency room right now and bring anything new I’ve ingested in the last 72 hours. I went to the ER and was rushed into a room and given all sorts of tests and fluids over the next 6 hours. (Test result attached) She asked to see the container so I showed it to her and she read off the ingredients to poison control. Both of them came to the conclusion that the NO XPLODE is to blame. When she got off the phone she told me that I was nearly in acute liver failure territory and that this may have done permanent damage to my liver. She also told me that she’s seen this happen due to pre-workout supplements in the past because they aren’t FDA regulated. I’m not going to sit here and say that this product is 100% to blame, but I have taken no other supplements or medications over the last week. I’m also very experienced with other pre-workout supplements and have taken NO XPLODE in the past. In fact, I bought this container because I had just run out of Nitro Surge. Assuming that logic, poison control, and the head doctor at the UCLA emergency room are correct; this is a very dangerous product. Obviously, this isn’t the case with everyone because there are numerous good reviews. Maybe mine was a bad batch, but that’s definitely not something I’m willing to test after all this. I feel this is something that consumers and the manufacturer need to know because this product could potentially kill someone. Please be careful

Wow what a fall from greatness! BSN became a flagship supplement company in the early to mid 2000’s because of how great 2 products were. No explode and cellmass. The original Noexplode was natorious for give you GI side effects (aka it would give 1-2 of the most explosive fart/poops ever) but then after a vist to the restroom early in the work out you would then have the best workout intense engery & tingle but it was never too. Fast tract to 2020 and this new formula with new ratios is bunk. There is Zero pump, not really a lot of energy, AND worst of all there is still diarrhea but instead 1 massive dump it’s an entire gym session of visits to restroom. It really is sad to see such a great product be used as a cash grab. I can honestly say I will never but BSNs over prices supplements again. Specially when I buy in bulk now and create my own preworkout for cheaper

Be prepared to feel sick and to have diarrhea (the worst diarrhea of your life) throughout the day if you take this. This product used to be great but they altered the product somehow and now it's illness in a bottle. Do NOT use if you want to feel literally even just okay. Even the taste is now disgusting with a metallic after taste that sticks to the bottom of your tongue.

I’ve had the Vaso No-xplode pre workout, and that gave me such a nice energy burst and pump. I decided to give this a try and it’s garbage, I feel absolutely nothing, and I barely take pre work outs so I don’t have a tolerance or anything. I’m here waiting 30 min and I feel nothing, the company and Amazon doesn’t offer any kind of return or exchange, what a waste of money. I have zero issue asking For a diff product of theirs but seems like they don’t want to help their customer base, I’ll look into another brand that’s more flexible and customer friendly

No suelo tomar la toma entera ya que suelo entrenar de noche y soy una persona que consume café regularmente. Pero me da energía suficiente para ir al gimnasio, especialmente si voy cansado después del trabajo. No me da un super punch de energía, pero saco la rutina sin problema. El sabor es bueno y la sensación de cosquilleo no es tan pronunciada y eso me agrada. Recomendado.
