Edit: After more time has passed, I'm increasing my rating. this thing is a solid camera option at a reasonable price. I adjusted some settings and the motion detection seems to be working well now. We have a lot of wildlife, including deer, that are on the property every night. It's yet to trigger for animals or cars, so seems like the humanoid detection works well. It has triggered for a hanging planter I have near the camera when it gets windy and the planter swings into the area. In fairness, it is a round planter that could resemble a head shape, so no really complaint there. I could just move the planter but it's rare that it triggers from it. The wind has to really be strong. **** Original below I've only had the camera up for a couple of days. Will modify the review if any changes are noted over time. The camera came well packaged and with nice installation guide stickers that were very helpful making it much easier to install. Set up was fairly easy although I had some trouble getting the camera to read the QR code on my Galaxy ZFold 3 with the screen open. I had to close the large display and it read it nearly instantly from the small display. Setting it up took a little longer than actually hanging the camera and the solar panel. The power and reset buttons near the micro SD card slot are marked as to what they are, but hard to see which is which. I had to refer the the picture on the user manual as I just couldn't make out the tiny white on white markings. If you have good vision, maybe that won't be an issue. The picture quality is very clear, even at night without the led lights or other outside lights on. My only complaint is motion detection so far seems a bit hit or miss. It spotted me fine leaving my house, but not when I came home. I do walk toward the camera from where I park, which the manual indicates it won't pick up, but eventually I turn and I'm at an angle to the camera. It doesnt always pick up that movement, unfortunately. That's the likely pathway of whatever serial killer would be coming to my house. However, there's no other angle I could place the camera and still pick up that area. So far, no animals or cars have been picked up by the motion detector, which is a pro and a con. It's a pro because with all the creatures around me, notifications would go off all the time. It's a con because I also want to see the cute animals like hogs and coyotes (and actual cute animals) that often come around. I wish there was a setting to record motion but only notify if a "humanoid" is detected. So far, the battery has been impressive and the included solar panel seems to charge it right back up in the morning. No complaints there. I'm in a rural area, so there aren't a lot of triggers which may prolong that battery life compared to other users. That said, since it's a new device, we've been checking the live view a lot and such. It was also fairly easy to connect to my Google home environment and share the camera with others in my household. For some reason though, I had to reset my password as it kept saying my credentials were wrong. This was immediately following setting up my account and logging in fine through the CloudEdge app. Not a big deal, but caused a bit of WTF during set up. Cloud storage is very affordable for this device starting at about $2.99/mo. for the lowest plan at the time of this posting. A full year of 7 day overwriting cloud storage is only $50 if paid for a full year. You are not required to use for storage though. The camera did have a micro SD slot (supporting up to 128GB card, only). As mentioned, I do wish there were different motion detection features. I'd rate this 5 stars if I were more confident in the motion detection. I'm going to try turning the sensitivity up from the default for a while and see how that goes.

I had a rough start with my first unit — setup was frustrating, the app had issues, and several features just didn’t work as expected. However, I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly and professionally. They sent me a replacement camera, and I’m happy to say it works much better! The setup this time was smooth, the app is far more stable, and the 360° view is now responsive and easy to control. Motion detection is more accurate, night vision is clear enough for what I need, and the solar panel does a decent job keeping the battery topped up with a few hours of sun. The two-way audio is also much clearer on the replacement — a huge improvement from the first unit. It seems like the original was just a defective one. Kudos to the support team for standing behind their product. The replacement unit works as advertised and has turned my opinion around completely. Great value and great service!

This camera was easy to install. Came with clear and simple instructions. Customer service is very responsive. I love the features of the camera for the price. The quality of video is execellent. The sound of the microphone to hear the surroundings and the volume of the speaker to talk through are execellent. The two way communication is lovely. Colour night vision is good. The early battery durability is good. Charged once indoors before putting outdoors and one charge lasted a week. Which means in the event of cloudy days, on full charge your good for a while. Motion sensing is good and to save space you xan set it to record only when it picks up movement. The motion sensor could be more sensitive to distanve but all the same it still cover up to about 20-30 feet. Overall excellent quality and value for money spent. The inatallation screws could be better but you could always jus buy some 1 inch wood screws and use those.

My wife and I registered and installed two cameras. The documentation is relatively complete but the print is very faint and hard to read. The documentation about how to use the QR Code wasn't very clear but the instructions on the iPhone during the registration were better. Just be sure to follow them and scan the QR Code on the back of the camera. Once installed, the cameras work very well with sharp images and clear sound. The night time video quality is excellent. There is a Windows app that permits viewing from a Windows 11 computer. It was not obvious how to download this software, but with the excellent help of an ANRAN support person, I was able to download and install the Windows app. Google and Windows Defender did not like the downloaded file, however, Norton did not flag it as suspicious. The Windows app is not intuitive at all, but once again with excellent help of the support person, I was able to get it working. Were it not for the issues described above, I would have given it 5 stars.

Ich habe diese Kamera zum 2.Mal gekauft und bin 100 % zufrieden. Die Montage ist kinderleicht, außer das man Löcher bohren können sollte. Die Einrichtung im WiFi ist selbsterklärend mit der runtergeladenen App und die Qualität ist herausragend. Die Steuerung über die App ist kinderleicht. Keine Probleme mit der W-lan-Reichweite>>> bei mir ca. 15 Meter vom Router entfernt. Die Nachtbilder im Farbmodus sind gestochen scharf. Also für den Preis mit 5 MP-Kamera der Hammer. Übrigens die erste Kamera hat den Langzeitgedächtnis von mittlerweile 1Jahr ohne eine einzige Komplikation überstanden. Daumen hoch !!!

Ho acquistato questa telecamera per esterni col dubbio che la resa fosse inferiore alle aspettative, invece dal primo giorno che l’ho installata sono stato soddisfatto per le immagini i video la visione notturna i segnali di allarme l’illuminazione da vicino il sensore di movimento e perfino della ricezione. Anche a 30 metri fuori da casa, la telecamera posizionata in giardino con qualche pianta come ostacolo, non ha mai mostrato difficoltà né d’estate tantomeno d’inverno o sotto la pioggia scrosciante. Sono due anni che funzionano ininterrottamente e la ricarica col suo pannello solare è impeccabile, la batteria sempre carica consente il funzionamento affidabile. Volendo si può impostare l’avviso con sirena acustica, ma l’audio bidirezionale è ancora più utile. Buoni i materiali di rivestimento, le lenti, le luci, le antenne, il cavetto di collegamento al pannello e quest’ultimo, orientabile, raccoglie anche nelle giornate nuvolose. Di notte la visione a colori con luci accese è impeccabile, altrimenti in bianco nero resta sempre nitida consentendo la visione ottimale. Molto buona la risoluzione. In definita un prodotto Valido, dall’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Per ultima, ma certamente non meno importante, l’applicazione: consente la ricezione degli allarmi sui dispositivi mobili, la visione da cellulare o iPad ovunque. Una dopo l’altra ne ho installate otto, ricoprendo l’intero perimetro esterno per una protezione completa, disponendo così di un sistema molto valido funzionale sempre affidabile e tra l’altro … condivisibile con i familiari che si possono aggiungere all’App ciascuno con il proprio accesso riservato. Uso le schede di memoria però l’opzione cloud è naturalmente più interessante, come nei periodi delle festività che consente di usufruire di particolare scontistica “appetitosa”. Essendo apparecchi collegati via Wi-Fi devono essere posizionati senza grossi ostacoli tra il router e le antenne provando a verificare le performance prima di fissarle nella posizione finale. Che dire, da provare e restarne entusiasti. Complimenti al produttore e allo staff tecnico che le ha ingegnerizzate con grande cura. Dimenticavo l’assistenza, sempre raggiungibile tramite chat all’interno dell’applicazione e per email, rispondono a stretto giro sempre con tanta cortesia.

La empresa ANRAN se puso en contacto y envió una cámara nueva que funciona perfectamente, se ha interesado por la imposibilidad de contactar y resulta que no es la primera vez que sucede lo mismo con clientes que han tenido problemas con sus compras. Emma ha sido un encanto, amable y muy servicial en la gestión del problema y el envío del paquete nuevo, todo en menos de 5 días. Guardaré el contacto para próximas ocasiones, ya que ha demostrado ser una empresa responsable y comprometida con sus clientes. Además, hasta que dejó de cargar la cámara tenía una calidad de imagen impresionante. Así dan ganas de comprar nuevamente productos de la marca. Espero que sirva está reseña para hacernos una idea del grado de compromiso que tiene la empresa con sus clientes y sus productos. ----- ***** ----- Hace menos de un año compré la cámara, por el mes de febrero empezó a dar problemas a la hora de conectarse con el router y en marzo dejó de cargar. Descolgué la cámara y la cargué a través del cargador y el cable USB. Pensaba que se iría cargando poco a poco una vez instalada en su lugar, pero que va, fue descendiendo hasta quedarse en el 1%. Me puse en contacto con Amazon, me dijeron que explicara el problema en la web de la marca, para lo cual me dieron la dirección web. Esa dirección no se encontraba cada vez que iba. Volví a ponerme en contacto con Amazon, me dijeron que se pasarían a recoger el paquete en tres días (jueves), me llamaron el miércoles para recoger el paquete pero estaba fuera haciendo unas gestiones. El chico me dijo que se pasaría el jueves, pero mi sorpresa fue cuando SEUR me manda un correo electrónico diciendo que el paquete ha sido recogido con éxito y está en camino a su destino. La cámara la tenía delante de mi, a falta de empaquetarla. Vuelvo a ponerme en contacto con Amazon (jueves), solicito una llamada y expongo lo sucedido. Una chica me dice que no pasa nada que aún quedaba día para que pasasen a recoger el paquete. Resumiendo, la cámara no funciona y Amazon cada vez que intento hablar con ellos no está disponible la llamada, tampoco el correo y el chat, aparece una persona preguntando qué necesito cuando le cuento ha desconectado y otra persona se conecta y vuelve a pedir que le cuente, al final no atienden ya que es un bucle. Es el segundo aparato que les compro y deja de funcionar, llamo para que pasen a recogerlo, la primera vez no pasaron y está vez se presentan antes de tiempo a pesar de decirles cuando estaría en casa. Ni aparato que funcione ni devolución del dinero a pesar de estar en garantía, esto es lo que trae comprar en Amazon. Qué no te atienden cuando la compra sale rana. Y ahora no me dejan enviar la reseña. Blanco y en botella.
