Went together easy enough and looks very nice.

Harder to put together than one is told in the ad. 45 minutes is a joke, it took us a week to deal with all the problems that our Florida soil or sand gave us!. Had to add concrete for the posts! Putting the slats in proved to be confusing at best. Need to buy extra posts for the ends to attach to the house and neighbors existing fence!

These gates are very hard to find. I used this for my newly constructed front porch, and the builder was cursing nonstop because the screws were too short. The closing latch flew complete off the gate, so he had to take hinge screws for the latch. Because there were no extras, I now have white screws from another project on the hinges. Also, there is no cover for the tops/bottoms of the hinges - most unsightly and unfinished appearance. Remember to peel off any labeling before installation - the adhesion did deform the surface of the plastic; a minor distress. Finally, my little terrier can easily scoot right under the gate to freedom. I mention this in the event that you purchase this gate to use NOT with the matching fence. I will have to invent something with PVC pipes to solve this problem. Photos will follow. To sum up, the gate works to cover an opening, but the fact that the provided screws are 50% TOO SHORT detracts greatly from the value.
