It this product uncomfortable under the armpits?

If you wear it tight and snug..yes it'll be uncomfortable...but I think that's the when point. To not feel the belt digging into your armpit you pull your body straight thus correcting your posture and trust me...within a week you'll get into the habit of keeping your back in correct position

No - it is made in China. The US flag is misleading. Maybe the design idea is US born, but the product came marked Made in China.

Mine has deodorant stain from just trying it on 🙄. Idk if it being inches too big on me is the reason? And I wore it over a shirt

Yes. You are using muscles that aren’t use to being used and stretching out tight muscles. There is bound to be soreness for a few days as your tendons and muscles readjust to the new posture. I would recommend Epsom salts baths, and an OTC pain killer of your choice. See your doctor if it gets too bad.
