These are so good love the quality I keep mine in the fridge so as far as if they melt down in your mouth is something that comes down to the persons liking, but they are not still by any means and are pretty low-carb. I am diabetic so they are a good snack if I’m still having a low blood sugar, the size and texture is always good.
