I am very skeptical with most supplements and I always try them before writing a review. Since using this supplement I have worked out everyday as well as tending my garden and doing other yard during the day. That said, every supplement affects everyone different. You have to try it and see if it is worth it for you. I have had other supplements rated very high that have done nothing for me but this one, for me, is well worth it.
