We originally purchased a Brita filter for our sink faucet, and right from the get-go, it was leaking and never gave us the confidence that the cheap plastic it was made of would stand the test of regular usage in our two-person home. Fed up with the leaking and very poor lever (from unfiltered to filtered water) after about 6 weeks, we threw out our Brita and bought the Waterdrop - what a wonderful decision! After 3 weeks of usage, this facet filter has NEVER leaked and the lever is sturdy and easy to use. It's also a lovely looking unit that we're happy to use and show off to anyone we have over. Hands down, this is a far superior faucet filter to the Brita - we're very happy customers!

This is my 3rd one in the past 9 years...Easy too install and it like it. I replace the entire thig every couple of years, just because I want to. The price is always a good price.

I purchased this for my daughter. She has well water that periodically gets dirty and smelly. She installed this herself in just a minor two and it made a huge difference immediately. She was reluctant to even wash her dishes prior to installing the filter, but now that is not an issue and she is using it for her coffee and her dog again as well. I purchased the extra filters, so should be good for a few months.

This product works great. It was very straight forward instructions and there's even a video that shows step by step. I don't use this to drink my water. It is purely for my skin to feel better and it really makes a difference. I live in a very old apartment building so this was needed. I would pay close attention to how you put it on, I know some people here say it didn't work for them but just remember putting in your filter correctly and changing it when needed and also to put it on the filter mode.
