Good grill
For an inexpensive grill, it's great. I have the two burner. For a single or a couple, it's a perfect size. Over that, you'd need to go bigger. Couldn't see doing more than 8 burgers, or six decent sized steaks or chops. No issues at all with the usefulness of this grill. ... Now, assembly. Set aside some assembly time. I did it by myself. I think it would be fair to say, around 4 hours. I also think it fair to say, I take my time. I don't think the instructions could be much easier however, there are a lot of pieces and, the assembly is quite tedious. It's almost laughable. Two people are better than one, especially for the legs. I'm retired so, 4 hours or, 4 days really makes no difference to me. If you don't mind putting in the work, go for it. If your time is valuable or, you're not big on puzzles or crafts, go find one already assembled, and pay the extra $$

Nice Grill!!
The Char-Broil Classic 360 3-Burner Grill is a really good buy! I purchased the grill with the side burner. Assembly is going to take you a while. There are a lot of screws and parts to put together. Assembly took me around 4 hours. However, it is well worth the trouble. This grill looks great. It has a very modern look. If you are single, a couple, or a small family, this is the grill to purchase. It has plenty of cooking space, and should be able to handle as much food to be grilled as you need. This grill heats up fast, and does a great job! I have owned several grills over the years, and the Char-Broil grill is as good or better than the other grills I have owned that cost a lot more. This is a solid basic grill without all the bells and whistles which most of us really don't need. If you are looking for a grill that works great, this grill should work perfectly for you. Shipping was fast, and the grill arrived early. The box was really beat up, but the contents were in perfect shape. Good Purchase!

Good for the price, aka you get what you pay for
Had a five-burner Brinkmann from a good sale at Lowe's ten years ago that finally bit the dust after many season cycles in the northeast. Not really being in the market for a deep investment, I looked to downgrade to a three-burner or four-burner setup. Found this one with the side burner (the Mrs. insisted on this for ease of use with summer S'mores). Read the other reviews but the price was right for a smaller non-Weber grill. Assembly took just over two hours. The framework does feel flimsy but in comparison, I had used a giant grill for a decade so everything smaller was going to feel less sturdy. Some of the assembly parts felt flimsy for attachment (the lid attached with thin rods and those paper clip-like thin metal strips). But hey, I didn't buy a three-burner Weber for $500, I got a three-burner Char-Broil on Amazon for under $170. Assembly wasn't bad but it had one or two challenging steps, mostly the legs that don't want to stay together because they aren't bolted to anything util the grill base is attached to it. Once assembled I fired it up for 20 minutes to burn off the excess production oils. My oven thermometer pinged off the charts (above 550°). Subsequent warm-ups find it hitting 500° after ten minutes. Heat isn't the problem; finding how it cooks was. With three burners the middle section cooks the fastest and the sides cook the slowest. Uneven is the best word for the heat distribution of this grill. Secondarily, the grill grates themselves are JUST WIDE ENOUGH that if you're doing sliced food like squash, you're going to want to make extra because you will lose one or five to the dead zone. Final verdict: It's a downgrade for me, it still feels flimsy, but as I've learned to cook on it my dinners have been better and better. Dislike the uneven heating and the grill grates but learning to work with it. Likely going to invest in Grill Grates at some point to avoid food loss and potentially gain more heat distribution for cooking.

Good little grill. Not too hard to assemble
Took about an hour to put together. If you're mechanically inclined, it's not too hard. Those who don't like tedious, small pieces, might do well to buy one already assembled from a big box store. This is a lot cheaper than buying it there, though.

This is a great "Bang For The Buck"
At $200, this is a great "Bang For The Buck"! Hardware is clearly marked, parts fit together very well, and assembly instructions are accurate and clear. assembly total time was less than two hours. However, if you are not mechanical, can't follow assembly instructions, or don't have good tools, do not buy this, as you will frustrate yourself.

Do not buy
I generally like to put things together, but this grill was ridiculous. The problem is in its design. Usually, you put the 2 sides together and then attach them to each other. In this suit each side was unstable and doing apart until all 4 sides were simultaneously attached. Real stability required attachment of the bowl. Assembly was also not symmetric and great care needed to be taken in attaching the correct pieces. Expect some disassembly and re-building. Total time was 4 1/2 hours. Much of that time required assembly while sitting on the floor. I would have returned it except for the massive time I spend on it. I also loved the disclaimer - "DANGER Burner must properly engage valve as shown and may result in personal injury and/or property damage." The picture is unclear and it is not clear or impossible to confirm that the valve I properly engaged. Lawsuit opportunity.

At first I was confused by the instruction booklet but on closer inspection it was very simple. It did take a couple hours to put together but all the pieces are laid out well and its easy to do with an electric screwdriver. I used painters tape to hold the leg sections together while attaching the top piece to them otherwise you need a second set of hands. I didn't realize that there was a side burner on this which was a bonus and the whole unit is sturdy, well made and works like a charm.

La verdad es un muy buen producto. Los puntos malos es que si quieres utilizarlo desde el primer momento en que te llega vas a tener que esperar ya que es bastante tardado armarlo. Pero de ahí en fuera todo funciona de maravilla.

It’s a really good grill, grease trap works great and it heats up really quick. The only issue was putting it together; it wasn’t quick and easy so if you don’t enjoy assembling things and if you don’t have a good basic set of tools the process will be painful. So far I’m enjoying it!
