Dr. Berg All-in-One Vitamins for Hair, Skin, & Nails - Advanced Formula with Biotin, Saw Palmetto, DHT Blocker, & Trace Minerals - 90 Veg Capsules

I started by using the shampoo and conditioner and I like so much what it was doing that I decided to add the pills. Not everyone will have the same results, like any nutrients it all depends on many other aspects, in my case I'm over 40 and vitamin nutrients inhibitors are my problem, so I have adjusted my food intake to avoid them. With that being said after 1 month of this pills and 3 months of the shampoo and conditioner, I see less of my scalp, my hair feels more full and thicker when I get my fingers in between it. Many of my gray hair have started to grow dark again, I can see the tip of them dark while the rest is white, I was not sure of that being do to the pill but my friend ask me if i was using any product because my hair look darker, and looking in to other reviews there is a gentleman who posted a picture and on day 86 you can see his hair is more darker than the previous 2 other pictures he posted, letting me belive this pills helps with the color specially for ppl with gray hair. I no longer need to wash my hair every other day. It stays longer looking full and being manageable. Also I no longer look like I put oil on my hair, no greasy hair, I forgot when was the last time I went through that. I don't use hair spray, products or oils but I do blowdry so the ends look the same and as soon as I get a haircut I look forward for seeing how long it takes them to turn dull and scruffy. In the picture I added, I just had washed my hair and I love how less of my scalp is visible. Another detail I notice I normally will do my nails every 3 weeks, I had to change my appointment for 2 weeks cuz nails are growing faster, I look forward for seeing if it stays like that during winter when their growth slows down. Also be aware, if this pills work for you, they will work everywhere in your body (that's been my experience) I need to shave more frequently and pluck my eyebrows more often.

I started using this hair supplement because my hair was going brittle and fingernails were getting weak. Immediately I start taking this supplement and hair is improving and toenails are super long and strong.

reduced fall out. hair seemed more lush and even near end of 30 days use. havent taken for a few weeks now and have noticed hair back to falling. will buy again. some stability and longevity vs non so worth it imo.

I started taking this product about a month and a half ago. I have had scalp eczema almost all winter, it was impossible not to scratch. I was losing handfuls of hair everyday. I have a lot of long hair and my hair was everywhere, I just hated it. I started this product because I am a huge fan of Dr. Berg and I trust that he would use the best ingredients for his products. I googled what he had to say about losing hair and he suggested all the ingredients in this product and said you could take them in many forms but that he actually carried a hair growth formula on his website. Although this product is not sold for scalp eczema, my scalp has cleared up a bit and my hair has literally stopped falling out. I’m not getting hair everywhere anymore. It’s too soon to tell if it is growing hair back but as long as it has stopped falling out I know it is doing something. I had to be patient, it didn’t happen the first week but by end of the second week I noticed my hair was staying in my head. Just this week for the first time, the eczema seems to have cleared significantly. I will keep ordering this. I take two every morning without food because I intermittent fast and it doesn’t make me sick to my stomach. I ordered on Amazon because to order from his website was too costly with the shipping :)

I’m on my second bottle and I have noticed that my hair is shedding less. I will continue to use and see what the next month and 1/2 offers.

Since using this product I have noticed results and that is why I will continue to order this product.

I have been taking faithfully for 5 months. I have noticed NO difference whatsoever with my hair and honestly, I feel like my fingernails have actually gotten worse. They were not so great before, but now they are PAPER-THIN and even MORE fragile. I'll be 63 this year and can say I have found no benefit in these expensive supplements.
