Its smells fine, how its supposed to if not overused.

This product did what it has been doing for more than 100 years. The ingredients, camphor, turpentine and creosote was mixed by my great-grandparents and used as a liniment for muscular soreness. They passed it down to my grandparents. The ingredients have now been put together in a bottle and given a label. Of course it works! Beware! You want to use this oil when you are going to be at home. The smell prohibits going out when it is applied! Not a bad smell, just not the way you want to smell in public! Now that I have found the ingredients packaged as Canadian Healing Oil, I will always keep a bottle, and will pass it down to my children -- I was sure to call my relatives and tell them about finding it. The old remedies are always the best!

I developed achilles tendonitis in both my left and right achilles while training for my 3rd marathon in 2014. I used ice, creams, an expensive Platlet Rich Plasma Injection and then they did surgery using a Tenaris needle on the right side to debride it. Though the right side had surgery, I still had pain in that side and now the left side achilles got even worst. Now every morning when I got out of bed or after sitting still, my achilles felt like they were torn! Then my Trinidadian mother gave me a free bottle of Canadian Healing oil and I tried it and BAM it works great to relieve the pain! Though it is not a complete cure, it worked better than spending hundreds of dollars on co-pays with an Ortho doctor and even surgery!

It did not smell or look like Canadian healing oil

It provides quick relief to aches and pains. The smell is quite strong but fades and you’re left trying to remember where the hurt was.

So many people suggested I used this on my shoulder for the pain I was suffering due to surgery. It didn’t really work for my pain. It’s kind of thick and left the area sticky.
