This product is great at first I was shocked because of the black charcoal color but it work for my baby and soothes her also helped with her reflux.

Useless.
Doesn't work!My baby is suffering from colic pain, I have used this product, it's like gripe water. Didn't do anything for my baby. Plus it's black in color. Guidelines don't recommend use of gripe water due to side effects like constipation, vomiting etc.Guys don't use this medicine. Disappointed!!!

It was wonderful, but the Pediatrician recommendation was to stop taking it. Go figure.
