Old product & slight defect

UPDATE: The inner lining(stitching) of straps are sharp causing irritation & rashes on the upper part of feet. Returned the item. First impression(original): since I got this slipper in August 2023. Slipper quality and outer grip are great for outdoor use. The issue i faced is with the left slipper, where its outer sole (bottom) is bent outwards causing discomfort on my left toe ball and mound (left slipper with red line & red circle in the images). Also the product manufacturer date is around July 2022, 1 yr old, which might make the rubber(sole) hard and low usage time. I got the replaced slippers within a day, and it also has similar defect (less bent) in left slipper with old mfg date. However the bent in replaced one is not causing any discomfort. Hence i will use the replaced one and review its long term accordingly.
