Ich nehme es seit fast einem Monat und merke schon eine deutliche Verbesserung: Mein Kopf fühlt sich klarer an und ich fühle mich insgesamt viel besser. Leider kann ich nicht die volle Dosis nehmen, da ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme, wenn ich zwei Tabletten auf einmal nehme, und außerdem Bauchschmerzen habe.
