Vibrating foot massager
This is great. Just put your feet in it and it vibrates heats and massages the bottom of your feet. It has little dots on it that do sort of a massage. Great for people who want to keep circulation in legs but cant always get up. Also has remote that magents to machine.

Helps sooth my heel pain
Love the orange color. I wanted something for heel pain and this helps when I position my heel at the front with the rest of my foot hanging off the pad. There's not enough pressure with my foot in a normal position, but when angled up or down it hits it nicely. The heat is ok. Would prefer hotter, but too much heat would probably melt the plastic. If you want it to hit the arch of your feet, you will need to place something under the arch while using the plate. I have some yamuna rubber arch therapy half balls. Otherwise, you won't feel any benefit. The bumps on the pads are made to stimulate reflexology points and I actually prefer this design. I also noticed if I press down on my knee with my body weight that the pressure increases on the foot. Standing on the plate didn't seem to be as beneficial. It definitely vibrates enough to help with neuropathy and circulation. The calves also receive a lot of vibration. Have not used it on my back or other body part, but it would no doubt vibrate enough to stimulate the calves directly. I prefer shiatsu or percussion massage on my back, so I'm not that keen on using this on my back. Plus, for heat, I use an infrared heating pad with jade stones on my back. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. Everything worked right out of the box.

Promotes Circulation...
Works well, somewhat heavy to move around... nice colors... Controler's battery can't be replaced! I would not recommend standing up-right on this without support... unless you have perfect balance control!

End of the day ... RELAX tight aching feet and lower legs!
I suffer with aching feet (like millions do)...but its tight muscles from being so flat footed...makes my ankles pronate and all that pulling on the posterior tibia band (supposed to support inside below ankle into arch)....just doesnt work from being so flat footed. SO I get alot of tight, burning tension there and at 70 yrs old it isnt going away. I couldnt believe how this massager made such a difference so FAST! It has 3 intensity levels low, med, high and a low/high heat button too. The mode button lets me choose what pattern of vibration I want that day....solid vibrating to pulses, etc. It comes with a cloth cover if you prefer, but I like to feel the little bumps on the foot pads myself. I even put it on the couch and let it massage my lower calves after being on my feet too long cause they are so tight/aching. I am VERY pleased with the comfort I have achieved using this everyday. I use it after my shower and have been sleeping better cause my feet/ankles are relaxed. Therapist told me the massage loosens up the facia that is under the skin...like a lining...if you keep it "loosened up or warmed up" the tightness improves....and that is the part that is working for me!! Very pleased with it!

Keep feet & legs from swelling.
This is a very good way to help your feet, legs to get blood flow going in legs and feet. I've very happy with this.

More pulse than vibrate.
It works... ok. This massager does not really vibrate as much as pulses from the bottom of the foot rest (at your heel). So, your heels will be jumping, but your toes are virtually still. Even at the highest speed it seems a little slow. I work from home and sit a lot, so I was looking for something to help circulation in my feet and legs while working. This unit is quiet, had a nice remote control and works ok. But, all the pressure is on the heels. It appears to be an alternating up and down movement at the heels, so it does put a little pressure on the knees.

Love the created blood flow.
I have chemo induced peripheral neuropathy in my limbs, hands and feet. This device has excellent vibration and I do not even use it for the full 15 minutes until auto turn off but I will use sporadically throughout the day. the heat is only so so and the cover comes off during use. I am also going to try this on my hands to see if that helps. I will post new info if and when there is anything new to post. In the meantime I love this machine. Wish I had gotten one years ago.

I have huge regret not buying this sooner. If you read the description properly, it’s exactly as described: vibration massager. That’s what it does, it’s vibrates and feels amazing. I use it every night before bed and my legs cramp so much less. They are nice and relaxed. The heating feature works well, and while I prefer the first mode, it’s cool that it have other modes as well. The remote control is perfect so you don’t have to bend down and comes with the batteries already installed. Cord length is long so you can use it almost anywhere. If you have tight achy legs, I highly recommend.

Snailax Vibration Foot Massager with Heat,Remote Control,3 Levels Vibration Intensity & 3 Massage Modes,Electric Deep Tissue Foot Legs Back Massager Machine,Christmas Gifts for Women/Men/Mom/Dad This is rather soothing under the desk. Keeps foot circulation and is a nice way to keep legs from long desk sitting tasks. Legs never "fall asleep". The heat mode is kind of useless. I can barely feel the heat much. The "modes" are merely full on or short spurts if vibration. I basically think full on is the only useful mode. You can change vibration intensity but again the max power is the only useful mode. I don't find I need the remote much. I just keep it stuck onto the main system. You just need your toe to turn it on and off. Easy. It's fairly quiet operation. You can see my video and hear the noise it makes. It's not too bad. Overall pretty nice little unit. I wish it had more heat though.

So far its been really great. Good vibrations. Definitely use with shoes. Love the remote control. Its helping with pain. Not really a massager. More like a vibration plate.

This device relieves my restless legs (RLS) within 15 minutes, as good as a manual massage, only more convenient and readily available. The heat function is great in winter. Lightweight to move around from bedroom to home office or watching TV. I have packed it along during extended travel periods. Was a good buy for me - initially. Unfortunately, the plastic casing cracked irreparably through the mounting screws of the motor, after 20 months of use 2-3 times a week. It still functions but emits a loud knocking high frequency noise which is unacceptable, so it is due to be totally recycled. No more than 3 stars because of poor dureability, hence too expensive.
