Quality seems ok.
Yes it seems to be copper as claimed. It passed the magnet test so it's not steel. Also passed burn test so it's not aluminium. Aluminium just disintegrates when heated with a flame. Good low voltage flex that solders ok. If you want something to hook up USB powered lights this will work fine. Highly recommend.

Good cable - little rigid
Good cable and works well. Little rigid for my liking but you can purchase softer plastic coatings on here. That said this coating is durable and It’s easy to work with, strips well and has given me no problems.
