the bicycle is neither assembled nor provided wit tools
The bicycle is neither assembled nor provided with any tools. Only few of the rear parts are assembled. The whole front needs to be assembled as well. Tires are down. It requires at least a set of tools which are not provided At least if you're not assembling it. Provide all the tools. Let me know what should I do now
