Great little printer
Great printer, doesn't take up much room on desk. Print quality quite good, although I have not worked out how to get labels to cover full area, presumably I will find out how to do that at a later date, overall very pleased with printer.

Is not working
I bought 3 month ago. And just one day stop to work, and no printing nothing else. I dont recommend. Lost my money, and no warranty

It comes with a 4gb usd that has software, but the software had error, so i downloaded from the internet, its works fine.

I bought this for my business however after 3 month I opened it to use it once we start it’s not working and now i need to raise it to fined a solution but it waist of time and money you really need to check any items coming from Amazon and not trusting nor expecting to work ..
