I bought this gate latch with a lock to secure my backyard gate, and I’m very happy with the purchase. What I like most is the built-in locking mechanism. It gives me peace of mind knowing the gate is secure, especially when I'm not home. The lock is smooth and doesn’t jam, and the latch itself closes tightly every time. It’s also a nice bonus that the latch is reversible, so it worked perfectly with the swing direction of my gate.
