This works for knees when I lie on my back, works to prop my arm up when laying on my side makes a good head prop when I watch movies in bed. Easy to wash pillow case although I would love to find black cases for it. It's thick and firm enough to hold up whatever needs to be held up and the shape is perfect.

Soft and comfortable with a nice cooling exterior, which means better sleep also because I get hot easy.

Great leg support when sleeping on my side. Great for elevating knees while laying on my back. It diminishs back straining. Only flaw is the material of the cover is so smooth that the wedge slips off my bed frequently when I'm sleeping.

Love it, have been using it for two weeks, no issues, great support, comfortable.

I bought this for my adult disabled daughter, to put under her knees at night. She loves it. It help tremendously for her knee & back pain. It is the perfect size! Great height, weight & firm softness. Good quality.

(Tldr; I wanted one that's shaped like this one, but as soft as the other one.) Meh. I've had this for a few days, I'll give it another week and if I change my mind I'll revisit this review but for now three stars. I wanted this to go under my knees to relieve some pressure, but since my legs don't even sink into this it's not doing its job. Hopefully it will soften up like the other one from Sleep Innovations but that deep hand print they're showing here isn't even close to accurate. I mean, those two split pics with my hand I'm leaning into that thing as hard as I can (knuckles are even a little white) and then pulling my hand back and taking the picture, less than 1/4 second and it springs back. I was trying to catch it with at least a small indentation, but that's just not gonna happen. Might look like it's bowed in a bit or the fabric is wrinkled but there's no handprint. Then in the video when I hit the white one you can barely hear anything, when I hit the gray one you can hear things on the table shaking because it's not absorbing the hit. Great for a little drum solo, but that's not why I bought it. (you can kind of see some fingerprints in the video, but by the time I get back to hitting it again they're gone.) Edit: well it took them 8 days to post this review so I will just say it isn't really getting any softer so 3 stars it is. It would make a better knee pad than leg pillow. I gave this to somebody else and will continue to use the other one in the video even though it's flat and not exactly what I need but it is a lot softer and way more comfortable for me. Only took a couple hours for that thing to un-shrink itself, but I let it sit overnight just to be sure.

I have bad arthritis in my knee and lots of bone on bone pain. I will likely need a knee replacement in the future but trying to make that a long time from now. Getting comfortable at night with no pain is extremely difficult. My new doctor suggested getting a pillow to help bring comfort. Most pillows I have found are designed for side sleepers but since I'm both a back sleeper and side sleeper none of the ones that popped up on Amazon would work for me until I came across this one. I have been using it for about two weeks now and it has made a such a difference for getting a good night's rest. It fits comfortably underneath my knee when I'm sleeping on my back and then between my knees when I roll over. It has just the right amount of firmness and soft cushion. I can use it with both legs or just one and I mostly use it with just the one. If I forget to use it one night, I wake up in so much pain and feel so stiff. I like that it has a zipper so it can be taken off and washed. I haven't done that yet so can't write about that but it's a nice addition for when I do. This has been a game changer for me and I will be taking it with me wherever I go including vacation.

I have tried at least half a dozen different shaped pillows to help relieve pain in my hip when I sleep. I have not tried one like this but thought it was worth a shot. I'm so glad I did it is firm memory foam and even though the shape looks like it should be used as a knee bolster, the flat side on my lower leg when I'm laying on my side and the Curve of the bolster for the leg that's on top keep my legs in the perfect position and my hip feels so much better when I wake up I strongly encourage people with hip issues to try it especially if you're a side sleeper
