Easy to chew and use. So far it hasn’t worn out completely yet but I’ve also been using it for only a day haha. I love the difference weight levels the variety of options is amazing. Pretty good product

These statements are based on personal research and observation. First of all, these devices may contribute to or cause TMJ, according to many other reviews I've read along with my own "clicking" after using doing the exercises every other night for about two weeks. They can also, actually, contribute to or cause tooth damage. This is based on my own experience in using this exact product. Shortly after beginning a regimen with these, I started having what felt like cavity pain. Went to the dentist, no cavities. Dentist explained that teeth have high compression, but low tensile strength. Meaning, they can be "split" open with micro fractures which are impossible to see. These types of fractures are well known, but usually caused by teeth grinding and such. That's not the case for me because I wear teeth guards/retainers (plastic that covers all of my teeth at night) bc of prior ortho work. Then it hit me, and I explained to the dentist that I was using these. Upon discussion, it seemed plausible that the clamping down could provide a splitting force due to the V shape of teeth, whereas the tops of the V (the peaks) are being pushed apart in opposite directions. There should be a clear warning outlining the risks associated with use of a device such as this, and both of these should be things mentioned to look out for, so that users don't go on continuing to use them if/when such problems arise. UPDATE: Customer service was helpful and stand behind their product. As far as the products of this type go, this is a good value. But, people should know with this and any product like this what potential risks are involved. It would be fairer if I went around leaving this notice on all products of this type, but aint nobody got time for that.

I’m gonna be flat out honest, these aren’t bad, I did notice a difference/improvement but there’s a few catches that I’ll get into later. I don’t really have a “before” picture but this is me after using it for a month or so. I figured even the lowest resistance is tougher than chewing gum so I started out with the easiest one. I do achieve a burn and a “pump” in my jaw after exercising with these as weird as that sounds. I just use it every night really quick while I’m chilling for a few minutes. I just started the highest resistance yesterday, all the ones beforehand I would use until they essentially broke. That’s the thing, at some point after chewing them enough they give out, when that happens I just move onto the next one. Mine haven’t split in half like some reviews but they essentially just lose resistance/give out. To be honest I wouldn’t be opposed to buying another set for $15-20 bucks once they all give out because I do notice improvement in my jaw. The reason why is I can’t chew gum all the time because I tend to swallow air and I’ll get really bloated and have discomfort, so this is a great way to excercise my jaw. I like how these are for your molars and not your front teeth, I’ve heard the front teeth jaw exercisers cause “bite” issues down the line. I do want to say that ontop of this jaw exerciser I cut out sugar and certain carbs like bread and rice 80% of the time. 20% of the time I’ll still have some though. I think that helped with my facial bloating but I’d by lying if I said I didn’t notice a slight improvement in my jaw with these. It just helps your structure a little bit is the best way I can put it. I’d recommend these if you don’t mind purchasing another set after they give out and you’re like me and can’t really chew gum to excercise your jaw. To be honest you don’t need the 4 pack I’d go straight to the 3 pack for cheaper. Cheers

I was skeptical at first, but after receiving and the first week of sore jaw, the jaw is gaining more definition and helping with the BDE lol. The actual mouth chews can be chewed all day, not smell, and are inside your mouth. A very great purchase!

Weak, chewed through with a couple of weeks. I bought the 4-pack and I chew on a set while I’m in the gym so I don’t clench down on my teeth. The softest set was too soft to break but the 40 and 50lb sets were chewed through within a couple of weeks. It feels like the internal of the chews have broken and the resistance is diminished, they crunch instead of chew. I’m now on the 60lb set and it has survived 3 workouts so far. Would be a better product if they made them stronger so they can’t be chewed through so easily.

Perfect fit other are large no strain to joints in the jaw. I’m 60 been using this item for about a year now lost most of my wrinkles in my face and neck.

Cuando compre estos ejercitadores por primera vez los comenze a usar desde el primer dia pero deje de usarlos desde que me daba un dolor en toda la mandibula , me desespere y pense que seria el final , tambien me deje llevar por malos comentarios de algunos conocidos y deje de usarlos , pero un dia tome la decisión de arriegarme y usarlos 5 veces a la semana de lunes a viernes con sabado y domingo de descanso , y fue ahi donde desde de 1 mes comenze a ver resultados , mastico estos 1 hora al dia y la verdad es que despues de 7 meses ya puedo cerrar los de color negro con mucha facilidad y ademas mi mandibula se volvio demasiado definida y fuerte , pero tambien tengan el cuenta que deberan hacer mucho cardio al dia y ejercisio para bajar la grasa corporal y veran que obtendran grandes resultados , No se asusten por los comentarios de que se les dañara la mandibula , mucha gente en especial los de mewing odian estos artefactos y engañan a la gente diciendo que son malos para la mandibula simplemente no hagan caso y creen un rutina de ejercicios, coman bien y hagan ejercicio y verán resultados muy buenos se los puedo asegurar si yo pude ustedes tambien pueden animo!

I have to be super honest - these break in 1-2 days. However, they are the best quality ones I can find, and with persistent effort, they have fundamentally changed the shape of my face. It is probably only noticeable for me, but it achieved the goals I wanted. My face is more anguler and defined. I am happy. These aren't perfect, but they did the job for me. It wasn't quick, just chewed them over 6 months. Now two years in, and I am very happy I started. If someone makes a better quality one let me know, but there work.
