YES THESE ARE THE ONES TO BUY THEY WORK
THESE SOCKS WORK. If you have medical reasons and need these to constrict your leg veins and push blood up like for POTS or other conditions then these ARE worth your money. I have tried many socks and some are such a joke it is maddening. These are what REAL compression is. Truly 20-30 ! Measure your calves for sizing I wear a Large and I’m 5’8 and fluctuate from 150-180s my calf is 16” near the top - long legs . For me sizing smaller is too short on leg and sizing up is too loose. When you get it right it’s RIGHT. I’ve been wearing these a few years. They hold up washing drying whatever. I just got a new pair and they’re nice and tight but honestly they hardly change much with lots of wear they really hold you. I noticeably see a difference in my symptoms when I wear these I basically need them daily. I tried other brands and NO. Had to come back. I need more of these. the only problem with these socks is running out of them. Promise!

Compression Socks: AKA The Leg Hugs I Didn’t Know I Needed
So, let me start by admitting something deeply personal and mildly regretful: I didn’t wear these SB SOX compression socks on the flight out. And what did I get in return? Puffy ankles, tired legs, and a deep, spiritual sense of betrayal — by myself. Cut to the flight back, where I decided to give these socks a shot. And wow. Suddenly, I wasn’t shifting in my seat like a grumpy flamingo trying to keep circulation in my legs. My calves? Energized. My ankles? Practically singing. My dignity? Restored. I don’t know what kind of wizardry is stitched into these things, but the moment you put them on, it’s like your legs are being lovingly squeezed by a team of tiny, supportive life coaches whispering, “You’ve got this. Blood flow is happening. Swelling is not invited.” Sure, you might look a little like a retired Olympian or someone on their way to a medical conference, but who cares? Your legs feel amazing. You could run a marathon! (You won’t. But you could.) In short: The one time I didn’t wear them, I regretted it deeply. The time I did? I considered writing them into my will. These aren’t just socks — they’re a lifestyle. A snug, slightly nerdy, extremely comfortable lifestyle.

Mostly satisfied
I've tried a few different brands from Amazon being they are a lot cheaper than other brands, these are by far the best constructed with no weird insides to the sock that would create marks/indents on your skin. The sizing seems accurate if you actually measure like you should. They are the perfect length and I'm tall with big feet. Many others are far too long to work well but these fit perfectly. I did get 20-30 compression and they were fairly easy to put on. The compression may not be as tight as others of the same but I know fabrics make a difference. They are comfortable enough to wear all day. I can definitely tell the compression is graduated from foot to knee unlike others that claim to be but feel uniform. Overall I'm happy with these. Don't know how long they will hold up yet but all compression socks need to be replaced at some point.

Brand new to compression socks. Glad I bought these.
Never wore compression socks before in my life. Had some folks from church highly suggest them. Ran into problems with left leg from back to toes. PT helped a little. MRI showed nerve issues. Trying chiropractor before a spine specialist. Bought these as another way to conservatively try & fix things. I am not a Dr. but these are a step in the good direction. They do help. Certainly, not a quick cure, but I have felt improvement from wearing them. Cold sensation & tingling in my foot is noticeably less. I have no problems wearing them for more than 8 hrs at a time. They are very high quality & are comfortable. Obviously they are tight. I have an easier time putting them on without balling them up trying the get the whole sock over my heel. Just start at the top sliding the unraveled sock over your foot & heel, then gently tug as you need pulling it where it gets snug. Much better than getting the whole bunged up sock over your whole leg. After the first wear, I bought 5 more pairs. Amazon even gave me a discount on a couple of them. I'm sold. Good socks. The only negative, is the cool material they are made of. Unavoidable. I am kinda sensitive to cooling fabric like spandex, moisture wicking clothes are a negative to me. These are cooling. They get cold easy. Yet, they are thin enough that you can wear a warm sock over them & they do not create a problem wearing your normal shoes. Still worth the buy. Understand the need for the material, will not knock off a star for it.

All my socks have an L
I ordered one pair as a trial. I did not notice the L inside the sock for a while. Even commented to my daughter that the other brand of compression socks has an *L* and "R*. Then, I noticed the *L* inside the sock and felt a little foolish for not recognizing that these are marked as well. I decided to order a couple more pairs. Today, I'm folding the socks to have one for each foot... ALL of the socks have an *L*. If this isn't an indication for left/right, what's it for?? They are comfortable. Yesterday (before finding no *R*s), I would have given 5 stars. :(

First off---very speedy delivery(thank you!). Appears just as advertised. Initially hesitant(when ordering),as my shoe size and calf size fell between 2 different sizes. GO WITH YOUR CALF SIZE. Glad I did. Fits perfectly. So comfortable, the sole of the socks has some extra padding of sorts woven (I'm not a cloth expert)into it. Like an extra cushy walk. Breathable...purchased in summertime,my skin feels no sweat. Having raved about this, realistically I have yet to see the durability in its wearing time/washing and longevity. So far,I'm happy! If after a month it's all good, gonna order more and for family as well.

I broke my ankle 2018. After plaster off my leg and ankle kept swelling. I bought these sox..... omg they work brilliantly . Keeps the swelling down. Will take a year to repair anyway. Don't be tempted to buy larger sox. To start keep your leg up as normal and put on when swelling at lowest. Can't recommend enough.

Superconsigliate!!
