An excellent full-function cyclecomputer, links to ANT+ sensors via its phone software & to Strava

Coospro is a company who stand behind their product and I have updated my review to reflect that. I was frustrated that I could not get the Coospro ANT+ sensor to link directly with Strava, but Coospro has now improved their information to better explain that the cyclecomputer is needed for the Ant+ sensors. It is about the least expensive cyclecomputer out there. It syncs well with CooSpro sensors and non-Coospro branded Ant+ sensors as well so if you already have a sensor it will work, and also heart monitor. Be careful to get your email address correct in both Coospro and Strava if you want to link it to Strava - which it will do, perfectly realtime. I think you have to have the Coospro app open, but at that point you can just use Strava if you want. The cyclecomputer is easy to see, glare is no issue. It is incredibly lightweight as well. The buttons work well. Ride information doesn't seem to save in a file on the cyclecomputer itself, but your rides are saved in the Coospro app if you use it, or in Strava, or both - but if you do use Coospro app, after your right it might slip the ride in for a second time if you also recorded your ride in Strava so watch out for that, just stick to one or the other to avoid confusion if you're new to cyclecomputers and Strava. I really can't complain about this product and the company replied to my sole concern about the description on Amazon very quickly and they corrected the description. The mount holds the cyclecomputer in the correct position. It is also fairly small for a cyclecomputer which is great because i also have a phone on my bars and a rear view monitor. Try it I think you will like this one!

Decent GPS bike computer for cost.

I bought this item for 39.99 as a backup to a Garmin GPS bike computer I have used for multiple years. Though I consider Garmin the gold standard, they aren't cheap and so I couldn't justify keeping a second one around as a backup. So, I decided to try out one of these more inexpensive devices.Having been out on one ride, I am pleased this far with the CooSpo BC107. Thinks I liked include:1) Big screen that auto back-lights when it gets dark.2) Battery life seems to be very good as after one 25 mile ride, I was still at "full" capacity as shown by the bars. I do expect this to degrade over time as is typical with rechargeables.3) Temperature and gradient fields.4) As advertised, device accurately tracks ride via GPS, syncs with app, and shows a map of the route along with time/date information.Things that could be better include:1) Time field shows hrs and minutes, but not seconds. Seems like an easy add if they wanted to do so.2) Time and temperature fields are pretty small compared to other fields.3) No obvious way to tailor the screen to show fields of interest (something the Garmin devices allow).4) App is nowhere near as polished as Garmin app (but it does the minimum expected activities).5) Mounting bands are a bit large so mount isn't quite as tight as I'd like. But it largely keeps the device in place.Overall, my rating was 4 stars due to the features provided and cost. My rating might decrease if the device doesn't last more than a year or two. But, as of now, I like this as a second bike computer and would purchase again.

Very good GPS computer

Overall- extremely pleased, would buy again, and argue with my Garmin friends that they should have upgraded something on their drive train to get more speed instead and got this one.My previous computer was the Wahoo RFLKT, which was a super dumbed down display for the Wahoo app display. Very functional, and cheap. All my sensors are Wahoo bluetooth and Ant.That died, cause you know- 12years....I went couple weeks naked and blind trying to be a purist, and it drove me nuts not knowing what I was doing. So I looked into Garmin, Wahoo, some other Chinese brands I've never head of, and took a chance on this brand that I've never heard of- making sure I could return on Prime.Very very happy. Paired with all my sensors, and reads a power meter, which i dont have currently, but good to be able. Also, fit my edge out front mount and all the mounts on my other bikes. It's a Garmin style mount, not some proprietary mount that would make me buy 5 mounts for all my bikes, very secure.Uploads to strava and tracks through strava segments. I need to load the computer to their app, then to strava. For ppl who complain about having to download their app, what ever. This saved me several hundred dollars from not having to join the Garmin cult. Buy a wheelset and quit complaining.Cons firstOnly con I have found is that it takes a couple minutes to turn on and figure which sensors are available, and GPS connection. It started weird doing rollers, but figured it out. Be patient, wasn't a big deal. I come from when rear mount wired Avocet 45 cobblestone color the newest best thing. Just circle the parking lot a couple times on your warm up to get it to link up. If this is the complaint- like a deal breaker complaint, your expecting too much for a $40 bike computer. Spend much much more, get a little bitty more.Time zone setting for the head unit is a little weird, but when it loads to strava, I don't really care about it.ProsLinks all my existing sensors - wheel, cadence, HR, wheel/cadence combined so I didn't have to buy some other brand for all that.Fits all my Garmin mountsCan use for the ride without linking to a phone, which used to be the limiting factor for long long rides. GPS is GPS based, not cell phone based GPS. So it tracks when you phone would loose its GPS.Links to strava so I can boast to my friends, or they can shame me.The backlight feature is handy- I am still on about 7 or 8 rides on the first charge. And ah, $40.
