Ive tried a few different foot cooling products and these are by far the best. I leave them in the freezer for 2 or 3 hours and they are perfectly cool as the fridge just doesn't seem to get them cool enough. They have really helped with my hot and swollen feet and really comfortable to wear. Just don't try walking in them in case they burst or slide off. The size M the perfect size for me, they are wide for my feet but the length is perfect. I can not fault those product in any way, good quality and very reasonably priced.

I've started running, but have developed extensor tendonitis in my left foot. Traditional ice packs weren't that great as they were hard to keep in place on the top of my foot. I bought these to help with that, and they are great. Just grab one out of the freezer and wear it whilst I'm at my computer. I am a shoe size 7. They also come in a nice bag to keep them protected. I often place a sock at the bottom as I don't need that part of my foot to get cold, which works a treat. They seem to be very durable and they are very easy to use. Would highly recommend.

A good start as cool enough on their own Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours as suggested and when trying them on again, it’s far too cold and hurts your feet Although in the long run I can see benefits it’s too early to say

Bought these after hobbling and suffering plantar fasciitis for months. Wearing these 3 times a day for 10-15 minutes (combined with calf stretches) my feet are getting better. They're pretty comfy (even if they're so cold!!) They're a Godsend. And even when I'm free of the pain of plantar fasciitis, I'll still wear them when my feet need a little TLC. Highly recommend hem!

These are perfect , sturdy and well made . For my b/f he has gout and it was an instant pain relief when he put them on he said . I shall buy a smaller size for myself they are that good .

It becomes very wet and feels like your feet soaked in water 💦

Hilft absolut bei Arthrose in den HÄnden meine Mutter 82 j ist begeistert. Man legt die Kühlpads in den Gefrierschrank danach in die Handschuhe und durch die Kühlung beruhigt sich die Entzündung schnell. Allerdings ist es mit einmal anwenden natürlich nicht getan man muss schon dran bleiben. hierdurch könnte meine Mutter Nachts durchschlafen ohne Schmerz .TOP
