I make a quick version of the Heavy Metal Detox smoothie putting these 4 ingredients in coconut water then I'll have some cilantro later in the day, it's a great alternative for when I'm on the go and don't have time for the original HMDS. The dulse itself has a mildly sweet flavor, in my opinion, it reminds me of "tamarindo" a Mexican candy but without the side of lead poisoning.

Dulse helps to remove metals and toxins from the body so I try to take it every day. It is on the pricey side for the bottle size, but the convenience makes it worth it. I add two dropperfuls to my smoothie, and on days when I’m not making one, I can take it straight from the dropper with no problem. The taste is mild, the quality is great, and it’s exactly what I expect from Vinergy.
