Great ankle/wrist cuff
I bought this set of 2 weight cuffs (2lb each...4lb total) to use while teaching Enhance Fitness with Sian, my YouTube channel. They arrived promptly. They were comfy to wear and easy to put on. The strap seems sturdy and well made. I am a woman (5'4", 125 lb) and they fit my wrist, which is small. They also fit my ankle, and I could imagine they would fit a man's larger ankle. Pros: I like the color coordination, so you know that the grey ones are 2lb, the green ones are 1lb. The fabric is soft and comfy. They are easy to put on and take off. Affordable. Cons: Not adjustable. So if you want 1 and 2 lb weights, you have to buy two different pairs. I can't speak to the durability, as I have not had them long. So far, for my purposes, I'd recommend them!

Ce sont de très bon poids pour muscler les jambes , même si ma femme les a utilisé 3x bien comme d'habitude, en me disant ne t'inquiète pas je vais les utilisers ( elle m'a fait la même pour le tapis de course)
