I use this to scan books when sitting at my computer. Works great and scans at pretty much any angle which helps a lot with speed.

This is being used to scan licenses into entry for our building. On average this will read about 70% of the licenses scanned. Sometimes in may take more than one swipe, but this is excellent for the price point.

Excellent barcode scanner, which scans from many different angles and orientations.

Worked well for 3.5 months then just stopped, no power, tried in other PC's with scanners that were still working no dice, so hard to recommend. *Update, after I wrote the above, the seller provided a full refund (also offered a replacement but I had already purchased a new one) so I am upgrading to 4 stars since the seller was so prompt in making things right.
