GI Joe Cobra Rattler Construction Set (244 Pieces)

Great build for the cost. Looks super cool. The Cobra Commander minifigure was worth it by itself. I used a minimal amount of krazy Glue on some of the connections, but I don't take my builds apart once complete so I didn't mind that. A 8 year old will probably need some direction. But if you like helping it will be a fun project. I'll buy other set of the same brand 👍

I see that a lot of reviews for these products are negative but I would like to provide an alternate viewpoint. Competing with a Goliath of a company like LEGO has got to be difficult. These sets are not perfect but they are a heck of a lot cheaper, allowing G.I. Joe fans to collect and build tons of their favorite characters and vehicles for a very low price. I’m on board and I’m hopeful that Forever Clever will continue to make and improve upon their products. I would say the stickers are the part that need the most work while the minifigures are the best part.

As others of stated, this is one of the worst brick building sets out there. Many of the flat 2-socket smooth flat pieces were noticeably too large and wouldn't fit where intended and had to have the edges filed down. Many pieces were so loose when connected they would fall off on their own. And MANY pieces had flash and mold lines sticking out of them. Once I got the plane together, it literally would fall apart in my hands under it's own weight and lack of connecting friction. The mini-figs had defects on them, including a bump right in Destro's face that looked like a broken nose. Absolutely terrible.

I purchased this throwback from my childhood as I project my nephew and I could assemble together and introduce him to the toys his father and I knew as kids. Upon opening it and starting the assembly, my joy soon turned to disappointment as I realized that the fit of the blocks were rather loose, several blocks still had rough edges from the molding process that interfered with their fit. Further into it, I realized that the kit I received was missing a block that went into the body, was missing a tire, and the block that was supposed to mount to the underside for the main gun, was defective as it didn’t properly mold during manufacturing. I understand that this isn’t a Lego set, but I expected a little bit better quality kit.

So excited my child hood came flooding back to me. Box did arrive damage which kinda a bummer for the collectors point of view

Unfortunately these are way to fragile for a kid to play or build. It's a awesome gi joe collection with not awesome blocks.

Was super excited to get but that changed as soon as I opened it. Blocks look and feel super cheap. Figures do not fit well together. Hands keep falling out. Blocks do not hold together at all. Was super sad with the quality.
