BEST electrolytes we have tried on the market. Makes us feel noticeably higher energy and more hydrated, tastes great, VERY clean ingredients, and dissolves easily in water. The price is the best i have found for daily-use electrolytes in my search for a healthier more cost effective brand vs. leading brands. I love the Wild Berry and hubby loves the Lemon & Strawberry Lemonade. I will say I drink out of a 40oz tumbler and flavor isn’t quite as strong as Liquid IV’s in my full bottle, but in 16-30oz flavor is comparable in strength. I prefer lighter flavor tho so adjust to taste! I have POTS so electrolytes safe for daily use are a must—fantastic small business and I will keep rebuying.

I have a heart condition (Supra ventricular tachycardia) along with ADHD, Hashimotos disease and something we haven't fully identified yet. So my symptoms are many, but the main ones are a high resting heart rate & debilitating fatigue. Anyway, my heart condition put me in the ER/hospital SEVEN TIMES last year alone. I've known for years that dehydration was one of my number one causes of my tachycardia (the thing that sends me to the hospital and has had to have my heart stopped 4 times because it's too high and won't allow down.) So hydration is *kinda* important for my condition and I had tried to stay hydrated with water and sometimes Gatorade or Vitamin water as best I could. And it helped! But as a busy wife and mother with ADHD, my ability to keep up with remembering to drink 4-6 cups a day of anything was next to impossible! I just didn't have time for that! Then after one particular trip to the ER where they gave me IV fluids, I noticed a HUGE difference in how I felt afterwards. For like 3 DAYS afterwards I actually felt human for a change! And I had an epiphany, water wasn't enough for me. I needed the electrolytes just as much if not more than anything else! I had been watching my labs, always on the low end of sodium, magnesium, & potassium. Not enough to throw a red flag for the doctors, but enough for ME to notice! Suddenly, it all made sense. So I started shopping for electrolytes! I started in the grocery store where even the generic IV hydration packets were $10 for 6 packets! 😳😳😳 Are you freaking kidding me??? I have literally thousands of dollars in medical bills and no job because of the medical conditions so we're a single income family. I'm not paying that much for a drink packet that's FULL of sugar. (A trigger ingredient for me.) I tried a different store brand electrolyte packet that was less expensive but still packed with sugar and was amazed with how much better I felt with just one packet a day. So I knew I was on the right track. Now to find a sugar free version that didn't break the bank! I did some Google research and found Nectar! ❤️ It's only $0.89/packet (so affordable) with zero sugar (they use stevia instead which I CAN tolerate and has a very low glycemic index!) & zero fake flavors (theirs are all natural and DELICIOUS, ya know, because they're REAL!) And all that is FANTASTIC! BUT WAIT! IT GETS BETTER! Obviously with my heart condition heart monitoring is a big part of my life. I wear one constantly and have an app to track all my data. After starting drinking 2 Nectar packets a day my resting heart rate started dropping! The normal resting rate for me, for as long as I can remember, was around 88bpm. If you're not familiar with heart rates, that's high. Just sitting still my heart beats like a normal person up and walking around doing chores. So, when I actually DO get up and walk around, or Lord help me, try to work out my heart reaches 160bpm pretty easily. (My ultimate high score was 246bpm for 4 hours straight. That was NOT a fun day for me.) I'm on a heart medicine that's supposed to HELP those numbers... And it does... Sort of... But not well. AND it's number one side effect is weight gain. 🙄 No one wants that! After enjoying 2 Nectar packets a day at about 2 weeks I realized I hadn't had an alert on my heart monitor to "slow down and take a break" for a while. I thought maybe it was broken. When I looked back at my heart tracking data my resting heart rate had come down 10-15 BPM!!! 😳 I was solidly consistently in the high 60's low 70's now!!! So for less than $2/day my body isn't working NEARLY as hard to make things work!!! Without any new medicines with horrible side effects!!! I feel like that's a steal! delivered quickly! It was interesting to see how little powder is in each packet but it does the job. I find the flavors to be a mix of really delicious and some that just don't hit the taste buds right, but I do find these to be hydrating after working out or not drinking enough. I love that its organic with no artificial colors or flavors and I appreciate that they are sugar free to prevent glucose spikes. Overall, I would absolutely recommend these for being effective, with a good flavor and smell. Dissolves (mixability) well and it's easy to bring along with you or mix into a bottle of water!

Loved the sweet handwritten note in the bag! Love to see no artificial OR natural flavors or colors! Love to see quality ingredients! Needs work: the dissolvability of the powder needs to be better. It tends to clump some In water the flavor is very light and odd. In milk, I tried the cherry pomegranate and it was AMAZING. And I know it's not popular but I'd prefer a version with real sugar over stevia. ALMOST PERFECT! Will buy again.

This is not at all for me. I personally loved LMNT, but saw on several review sites that this one is the best since it has lower sodium AND has superior flavor. Come to find, I did a little research after getting this, since I am very active, that level of sodium is better for me than an electrolyte drink without sodium. And the flavor is not for me. It tastes like a lightly flavored water, which I personally don’t have a preference for. If you’re looking for an electrolyte drink without much flavor and with very little sodium, this might actually be a good fit for you. But it’s not for me.
