6354DO QLS 19 Fork, Tactical Holster, Right Hand, Multicam, Fits Glock 17 22

I was looking for this holster used, as it is almost $300 from Safariland. I found here and was skeptical, but thought I would give it a try. First off, it is indeed a genuine Safariland. When I inserted the pistol, the locking mechanism did not engage. After an inspection, I found that the face of the optic was blocking the pistol from being fully inserted. So I took a dremel and a sanding bit to the edge of the holster where the optic was meeting the material and sanded about 1/16th down. This allowed the pistol to fully seat and lock into place. Very happy with the money I saved! This is atop tier holster and I look forward to many years of use!

This is everything it says it is. Has a firm hold, easy release and looks good while doing it.

Love this holster for it's retention system and camo overlay. G19/17 with Holosun optics will not clear the ledge without some modifications (Dremel). If you just throwing a G19/17 with a Surefire X-300 in it you're good to go. I built a Roland Special, the KKM muzzle brake will not fit without some heavy modifications. This does not come with the mounting hardware and clearly lists it doesn't, you need to purchase "Safariland QLS Quick Locking System Kit QUICK-KIT1-55 Bundle" separately.

After measurements and a leap of faith, this excellent product works with my G19 clone/ threaded barrel/Streamlight VIR- length set-up. Purchase may be a little more brief on the grip, but not a performance factor in my experience thus far.

Real safariland 6354DO, not a knock off, description was correct for model for G17/22 with surefire x300 and Holosun 509t direct milled by CHPWS. *DISCLAIMER* I already modified the holster with the NUB mod, and G-Code RTI hanger, it does not come with these 2 items from this listing. Surprisingly this was one of the few places that actually had the multicam in stock, fast prime shipping. Works as intended as do all my Safariland holsters. Would trust this seller again. *IF* I *HAD* to complain, it would be nice for this to have shipped in a cardboard box and NOT in the OEM factory Safariland bag, with the way shipping thefts are going, discrete would be nice.

I have to preface this by saying I'm not D.O.D or L.E.O and use this holster on the range for classes. The modifications I did to this holster to make it work for me WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY. The changes I made makes it so a P80 19 with a comp, vortex venom, and TLR-1 HL. There is a double layer on the inside bottom of the holster, I cut the inner most layer out to widen the vertical space inside. I also removed the plug so the comp would fit. Lastly, I heated up the very tip of the kydex so I could slide the comp all the way down. The locking mechanism works great. The optic is fully protected. The light is still covered along with the comp. The cordura cover on the holster is good and sturdy, doesn't get scratched, or stained too easily. This is an excellent quality holster, but make sure this fits your gun before buying. If not, be willing to make some irreversible changes. Safariland doesn't make a Poly80 specific holster, so I had to make this work for me.
