Brings me back to the good Ole days

This release hits all the right notes for me, and I think it's perfect for older gamers who grew up with the original games but somehow lost their beloved PS1s along the way. I picked the games up for nostalgic reasons, and I refuse to believe grinding and drawing each spell to 100 is part of the nostalgic experience. I didn't mind fast-forwarding through all that, to be honest. I also appreciated invincibility mode (theoretically, you can still get knocked out, but it sure made things go by faster). The added functions are basically FFVII and FFVIII in "story mode," which was good enough for me. They are completely optional, so if you're really into level grinding and random encounters, they are still 100% on the table. Loved it, the game really scratched that nostalgic itch.

As advertised. This is a blast from the past. Plays just like the original PlayStation version with a couple minor changes like 3x speed up. came fully intact, no damage and promptly on time. Would recommend
