I liked the lightness of the drink. Just the right amount of sweetness. Not heavy or difficult to swallow. A pleasant experience that I use as a meal replacement for breakfast along with a Jello fruit in gel cup &/or a banana. I like the taste very much! To me, it far surpasses all the others in Taste & Quality. I make certain it is cold, well shaken, it’s easy to open!, and easy to swallow! A truly light drink. No heavy feel or aftertaste.I usually need to eat a little something with it to feel a feeling of fullness. This gives me 30 grams of Protein!

Sort of strange flavor, but really can’t complain when compared with the macros. 30g of protein with low sugar is great.
