L’Oréal Professionnel | Shampoo, For Grey, White or Light Blonde Hair, Serie Expert Silver

I’ve been using this shampoo since I started bleaching my hair many many moons ago. I stopped using it for a brief period to sample a more expensive branded shampoo that did the same thing, but had a marginally nicer smell (this is not a bad smelling product) so I returned to this one again more recently - it’s undeniably excellent value for a professional grade shampoo and really does the job. I use it once a week and allow it to sit on my hair for a few minutes before rinsing. If I use any more than once a week, the ends of my hair end up going a bit dull. But in moderation it really works for reducing any brassiness and my hair remains a lovely cool blonde between trips to the salon. It also gives my hair a really nice clean feeling. My hair is on the oily side, so I haven’t suffered from dryness as such, but I do imagine it could slightly exacerbate this in dryer hair types, so it’s worth following up with a good moisturising conditioner. I’m also a very big fan of the redesigned bottles - they look really nice in my shower. All in all, I’m glad I returned to this product.

Love this product. Used it many times has brightens my gray. Only use it once every week or so. Gives my hair a boost. Other products leave my hair feeling brittle but this leaves my hair soft. Highly recommended

Thought I would try this as my normal purple shampoo was not doing the job to well. I didn’t leave this on ,just shampooed then rinsed. The result was great . My hair looks a beautiful silver and is in really good condition. You only need a small amount. Definitely worth a little more money. Will buy again.

You can trust this product, excellent quality, excellent results, shines and last long time.

Excellent product for grey / white hair , removes yellowing better than other similar products in my experience.

It's brill and says wot it does on the tin silvery x lasts long time x

This shampoo is much stronger than I expected in terms of pigmentation. After a while, I found parts of my (grey /silver) hair were looking a little blue. My recommendation: definitely use this shampoo to keep any yellowing at bay but… Use sparingly and perhaps mix with a little of your normal shampoo Don’t use for every hair wash Make sure to apply it evenly to all your hair. I made the mistake of always starting my hair wash in the same place and it’s that area that started to look slightly blue. Probably everyone else knows all this, but I wish I’d known about it sooner!

Ich lasse meine Haare seit einigen Jahren blondieren und mitunter grau färben. Und dank des Shampoos gibts auch keinen Gelbstich mehr. Das leisten tatsächlich nur weinge, die das versprechen. Vor allem, wenn die Naturhaarfarbe rot geprägt ist wie bei mir. Und da ich für meine kurzen Haare nur eine kleine Menge benötige, hält die Flasche auch noch ewig lange.

I love it. First good purple shampoo!

If I use moisturizer after it it doesn’t really dry the hair out.
