It was very difficult pulling the battery tray out and even harder to put it back. It didn’t work because the battery was installed backwards. Very bad / little instructions. Finally with help it works OK. - instructions should be included / how to set time etc on the Bose.

This was the easiest product to put together. It took less than five minutes to insert the batteries and ...ta dah! the remote worked! I thought the quality and value for the money was fantastic. It appears to be durable and functions as advertise. If you're looking to replace your Bose Wave with this remote, then go for it !

It didn't work. It was cheap enough that I won't bother to return it. I ordered another (at a slightly lower price) directly from Bose. The one I got had NO instructions with it and is apparently a "universal remote" marketed as compatible with lots of equipment. I found instructions for the actual Bose remote online. Wasted my time and money buying this. if I could give no stars, I would.

Inherited a top-of-the-line Bose radio/CD player, without the remote. From the early 2000s, great sound but dated technology. No bluetooth, short range line-of-sight remote control. Expensive remote to get from Bose. Iffy to purchase on eBay. Tough to match up with correct radio. After 2 orders, this one worked out. Functions well, at a fair price.
