Good case for a precision rifle.
I bought this case for a 52 inch long precision target rifle. It has extra room that I use for scopes, supports, and accessories. Some creative padding solutions were required, but I made it work. It fits all my gear. This is not a rig to haul up and down steep rugged terrain, and I only use it when I can transport it myself. It is heavy when fully loaded, so I made a little dolly with wheels out of plywood, hardware, and some straps. Overall, it works very well for competition and the range. I like it much better than a commercial rifle case or a wooden crate.

Very Well Made!
I'm very glad I decided to go with the Roland case cover instead of a cheaper brand. This cover is completely padded inside and the attention to detail is beautiful - from the orange contrast triple-stiching, to the orange trim on the zippers, this case is beautiful, high quality and well worth the money.

High quality
Heavily constructed with lots of padding and plenty of room inside for the specified size of keyboard. External pockets are a plus. Very good quality

Perfect fit for a Yamaha YC88
Purchased a Yamaha YC88 keyboard a week or two ago (a FANTASTIC keyboard in every respect; replaced the P120 I've been playing professionally for decades) and have been searching for a good case for it. The Yamaha rolling case for the YC88 is very expensive ($499) and is too big for my little car. Tried the Gator GKB88-SLIM bag, but it was too big and baggy, and offered minimal protection (although more than the myriad of cheap import options also available on Amazon, useful only as dust covers and not at all appropriate for those of use who gig several times a week). The listed measurements of this Roland bag matched the YC88 well (although that's always a crap shoot... sometimes listed measurements don't have any bearing on reality) so I took a chance. PERFECT fit. There isn't quite as much padding as there is in my OEM Yamaha P120 case (purchased back in 2002 and still holding together fine), but there's a good amount and the case pretty much holds its own shape. It was folded in thirds for shipping so it'll take some time to "relax" back into its intended shape; shouldn't be a problem. The zippers work very smoothly, pockets for pedals/cords/music/manual/whatever (although I would advise against putting heavy pedals in the pocket or stacking anything heavy on top of the keyboard during load-ins), and one extra piece of padding is included to place on an end to take up any extra space if necessary. The gel-padded wrap around the handles is a nice touch, too. Others have mentioned the lack of a shoulder strap, and that is accurate; there isn't one. I've experienced a shoulder strap failure, and never trust them anyway when carrying heavy pieces of valuable equipment, so that's not a concern. No wheels, either, but again, wheels add dimension to a case, and eventually fail. Better off with a collapsible hand cart if you need to wheel. A great case at this price point (best I've found) for a Yamaha YC88, and it'll be fun to have folks on gigs scratch their heads when the see a new Yamaha 'board come out of a new Roland case... ;)
