Will this deter coyotes? I walk my dog at night and we have had an increase in coyote sighting in the suburbs!

It is very loud, it may be unpleasant to your dogs ears as well, but should scare off coyotes. You may need to plug your ears as well, if you blow it as hard as you can, your ears will be ringing.
