I bought this for use in my Bissel Crosswave and it worked perfectly. I only use the Crosswave on hard floors (and I love it for that) and this formula was perfect for cleaning up a household with kids and pets.

Works in my machine but for some reason this formula leaves a slight stickiness on the floor. When I called customer service they said to just rinse the floor again after use, but who wants to add more work?
