Small capsules easy to swallow!

They're small, high dose, and easy to swallow. Hard to tell how effective a particular supplement might be, but this is a good brand, and I am willing to stake my view on the thought that taking two of these a day will enhance my immune system.

Tried these little gems after other brands made me have a cough. We think it was the fillers/binders in the capsule/ pill previously tried. I've had no problems whatsoever with these little rays of sunshine. These are just about as pure as a supplement could be. I'll be staying with this brand until doctor suggests otherwise!

It asks how the absorbency is... well, there’s no way to know that. I don’t work in a lab. I do think it is a very good quality though. I struggle with depression and this seems to make a difference. It’s not a substitute for your health care though, if you know what I mean. But it can help you on your road to recovery. :) There is no flavor, very small, so easy to swallow.

I use this product because I do not lay in the sun! Come to think about it my bones don’t hurt anymore! I take it with powdered vitamin C and with meals.

D-Pure 5000 IU Vitamin D3 Formula are perfect for those of us who live in NE Ohio. It's the perfect replacement for the winter months. I've read a lot about this product online. it came highly recommended. I also purchased for two of my friends.

This appears to be a quality product. But I will not know until my next blood test.
