This is a beautiful, sage green coverlet with two pillow shams. The size is just right for my king size bed. I do plan to use a dust ruffle due to the height of my mattress. It provides just enough weight to feel comfortable or summer or winter. It should be fine to wash in a standard washing machine without being so heavy you would have to take it to a public laundromat. I air dried mine and it still looks great. There is a slight odor when first opened, but it is the odor of the dyes for the coverlet. A gentle washing takes care of that odor. The design is not stitched with thread. The description states it is a "pinsonic pressed pattern", but it looks beautiful. One would have to look carefully and up close to see there is not actual stitching in the design. I plan to purchase another for my guest bedroom.

This is a nice, good quality, lightweight bedspread. For a "coverlet," it is very generous in width and length. The quilt pattern is attractive. It looks great on my guest bed.

I was looking for a very lightweight, oversized coverlet for our home. This fit the bill. I have read some other reviews that said it was too big or too thin, in my case that makes it perfect. The bed it is on is a standard king size but the mattress is extra thick and it's on a platform, so bed skirts don't happen. A standard king coverlet would not cover all the way down to the base of the mattress. This covers the entire bed and the mattress without dragging on the floor, except at the corners. It is absolutely very lightweight. If you're looking for something that is light but with some density, this is not for you. However, we get very, very warm at night. Having something super lightweight is a bonus. The design is stamped. If you're hoping for stitched, you will be disappointed. It is not as pretty as a stitched design. It also is not as expensive! A stitched design will cost you almost half again as much. The color is beautiful. I washed it before I put it on the bed. That took out the smell and the wrinkles and gave it some softness. I always wash everything before I use it, but in reading some of the other reviews it sounds like some folks did not. So if you are a person who doesn't always take things and put them directly into the washing machine, let me recommend that you do that with this one. Just wash it on a light, quick cycle and all should be well. I even threw mine in the dryer! A nice bargain if it will suit your needs.

This comforter was the third attempt at finding the right color and look for my new adjustable bed. It is the perfect size, color and style. The comforter is soft yet sturdy. I washed it before using it and it held up brilliantly. I love the design and it is $40 cheaper than my second attempt!

Quality could be better but ok for the price. I bought the taupe which isn’t really taupe but more of a light tan. Does have nice drape though on the sides of the bed. It’s warm.

I have had this for 9 years now. It is durable and visually appealing. Anyone who says it is not durable does not know how to launder materials properly. I have 3 dogs that are on the bed all the time. This has held up for 9 years…only now has the exterior hem/stitching starting to fall apart. So I just ordered another one. This is good stuff.
