It tastes great, and doesn't get soggy
The title says it all. I have been eating Heritage Flakes for about four years. On a family beach trip my son had brought a bag of Heritage Flakes for his kids, so I tried a bowl, and I was hooked. Recently I have only been able to find them in a box, rather than the familiar bag, but it's the same product. They aren't overly sweet, and they contain a lot of different grains, which I imagine makes them healthier and more nutritious than the Sugar Smacks and Frosted Flakes I ate as a child. But I eat them because they taste great, and they don't get soggy.

Healthy, high fiber cereal
I've been buying this for a while. I like to buy extra and keep it in the freezer. You can add raisins and/or nuts to jazz it up. This cereal has lots of good grains with a good fiber and protein content. Some of the grains are Kamut, which is a type of wheat, spelt, wheat bran, millet and Quinoa. I like the taste of the cereal and eat it plain or with raisins and of course almond or soy milk. This cereal fits well with my vegetarian/vegan lifestyle.

My go-to breakfast cereal
It's great having an alternative to just wheat flakes. These are ancient grains, and they taste really fresh and crisp and slightly sweet. They don't taste ancient at all. A big bag will last a month or more if you keep it clipped or pour it into a jar.

Good product
Finally an Organic cereal that tastes descent! It is a little hard but let it sit with milk on for 5 minutes and it's just right! Thanks

Great tasting cercel, but nearly doubled in price
I really like the taste, crunch and nutrition packed into this cereal, but just had a price increase that nearly doubled. I don't like it that much.

Pretty healthy breakfast and snack option. I warm macademia but milk and pour over this and it tastes good. Dont expect sweetness. If you want to add a little sweetness cut up some dates. You can add some agave nectar as another option or stevia. Maple syrup is good too. I have tried all of them. You can also add some hemp seeds, maca powder and flax seeds for added nutrition. By itself though on those lazy days I eat it for breakfast and lunch. I recommend it

Kinda like All-Bran if it stayed crunchy in milk for eons. It's really nice with unsweetened oat milk, but a tad expensive for (albeit pretty nice) breakfast cereal IMO.
