I’m a Regular with these. A Magnesium supplement is needed with these, because Centrum has not been able to add it to gummies. The hard Centrum Silver 50+ have everything but I hate swallowing those huge horse pills.

I'm over 50 and keep fit by working out 5 days a week and staying active. I eat fairly well and was taking a superfoods gummy everyday but given that I do eat fruit and veggies daily, I wasn't sure that was necessary so I decided to look into a regular vitamin, preferably geared towards my age group. I saw these and Centrum is a well known brand, so I decided to give it a shot. I haven't been taking them long so not sure how well they work, but I haven't had any sensitivity to them and they taste ok. Not super sweet like some I've had, which is a good thing. When they say gummy though, they mean it. The texture is much like a gummy bear. Most gummies I take aren't quite like that but it's not a bad thing. They aren't very big and are easy to chew and swallow. It states to take 2 a day but I'm currently only taking one. I like the fact that they don't have additional iron as it is not something I need and so many vitamins add that. It does have Biotin though and I find that to be mostly wasteful. Majority of people get enough in their food and your body will eliminate excess via waste so there's no point in taking it unless you have a deficiency. I guess you could say that about most vitamins and minerals though. Regardless, it's a really good value for the money and assuming it makes any difference, I will continue taking. Only time will tell there.

What I liked most about this product I DID NOT CHOKE while trying to swallow a large capsule. My doctor asked why I had an issue with vitamins so I explained the large capsules being a choking hazard for me. He asked If I tried gummies, I didn't know vitamins came in gummy form so I went to Amazon and ordered my first gummy vitamin for women over 50 They worked. When I went to reorder I had to go to some storefront site that I never heard of in order to purchase gummy vitamins. Since the product worked I have to find a place I'm familiar with to purchase gummy vitamins for women over 50. I forgot to add the cost was reasonable.

I bought these for my elderly mom because it is getting more difficult for her to take larger pills. It didnt work out for her because of swallowing issues and i was afraid she might accidentally choke. so i started taking them and i really like them! they taste great and are easy to chew.

It is the first time when I saw it. When we opened it, the gammies were melted together and smelled terribly. We purchased it when it was on sale, and didn't open it until now. It is still very far from expiration. Regretfully, it was already too late to return. We have used these vitamins for a while and never had anything like this. We will probably buy it again but will be very careful checking it right after receiving.

I don’t know eat so well, so these are good addition to making sure I get proper nutrition overall and they’re a lot easier to take than a big vitamin I like that they are a chewy gummy that taste good. I also noticed my hair and nails grow like crazy when I take these. I just turned 61 and for me these are a good vitamin choice. My primary care physician is on board with it too.
