Nothing necessarily bad to say more or less just somewhat of a clash of parts. If you are running an eibach rear sway bar that is adjustable the bolts on the sides will clash with the drop brackets making it necessary to massage the brackets for clearance. They work very well having these in conjunction with lower arms and adjustable upper I would recommend strongly and it will get rid of the axle hop thats notorious with these cars. Another thing strongly recommended when lowering is an adjustable pan hard rod. I bought these BMR drop brackets because they are a Bolton part where a lot of others are weld in.

If you have a lowered mustang. I highly suggest going with the control arm relocation brackets. It prettymuch eliminates wheelhop and improves traction immensely
