I have used this for ED (Erectile Dysfunction) more than anything, and it's helped me a lot after using it for a while, at first I did not notice much of a difference but later on, I started to notice changes, not only that, it's helped me improved my energy levels, I think it's very affordable, effective, it has a lot of capsules that I would take 3 times a day on a daily basis. It's helped me with my muscle mass and to recuperate faster after exercising. I'm close to my sixties, I recommended this product to a friend who is in his early sixties and it's helped him improved a lot as well. The ingredients nitric oxide with l-arginine and citriuline makes it a complete supplement it does what it says. I would definitely recommend it to men over 50 who suffer from muscle loss, fatigue, weakness, and ED problems, it's not the elixir of youth but it does contributes to boost a bit all these problems, more results are obtained if other natural supplements are taken along this.

Formulated tablets are exceptional in my opinion. Definitely main streams oxygen to all areas of the body which makes vigorous activities easier increasing muscle pump or cardio activities. My opinion start with two tablets first week, document your progress & overall wellness. The next week increase to three tablets and increase your sets or distances for cardio, document your progress and wellness. For myself I will increase my activities, see where I at and hold to three tablets for next two weeks and evaluate again. This strategy is good for myself , may not be for you. I will always stress caution upon taking new supplements. All the above is a seniors opinion. It works!

As an older person that's slowing down, even cognitively, I was somewhat surprised with this product. I purchased it to help get me moving a bit better overall without drinking so much coffee. What I didn't expect was a cognitive boost. Not dramatic, but noticeable. It makes sense for those who have reduced blood supply overall. Mom had a certain kind of dementia related to lack of blood flow in the brain and took drugs that boosted it somehow. We could all tell when she took them. They cost hundreds of dollars per bottle. I wonder how she would've fared taking something like this? One thing however - follow the directions and take it with food and extra water. I found these could cause some stomach discomfort and dehydration when I didn't. Especially if I took more than one a day. As I'm not super active - I only one at this point and that works for me. I'll be getting another bottle.
