Good fit, just need to mold it per the instructions. Appears small in size, but fits the upper jaw fine and it's snug once heat-molded. No issues. Using it for muay thai sparring

Great for football attaches to the helmet and my son hasn't biten through one yet. Great value for money, good thickness, says its comfortable in his mouth VS a huge one with a design on the front, it's functional cause it attaches and it fits his teen mouth, easy to use.
