I spent a week searching for nice stands for my Sonos One's and stumbled on these. Great quality, they feel nice and heavy and look great. Cut outs for the power cable to be hidden and it locks the One's in easily. Highly recommend if you want to use 2 Sonos One's as surround sound

Yes, it definitely is compatible with Era 100 speaker. This is a great speaker stand, easy to assemble, and sturdy. Looks nice too.
