Rating is based on misleading label. It says 1000 mg to make one believe one soft gel is 1000 mg but it is only 500mg. Why do companies indulge in misleading information? Can their product be trusted?

I have ordered two pieces of Omega 3 Flax seed oil capsule packets and they were delivered well before time. When I opened the product, I found that the date of manufacturing on the outer packing is October 2022 (it was a sealed Zip pouch packing), however, on the inner boxer which contains the supplements, date of manufacturing is mentioned as May 2024. There seems to be something not correct and I have raised the complainant. It seems to be a big scam where expired products are just recalled back and labelled in a new packing and then sent to the customers.

This flaxseed oil Omega-3 supplement is decent, but there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First, you have to take two tablets to get the full 1000mg dose of Omega-3, which isn’t the most convenient—would’ve been great if they had it all in one. Also, I noticed that the plastic shell of the tablets started to melt a bit after a few weeks, which makes them stick together. That being said, the quality of the oil itself seems solid, and it’s a good plant-based option for Omega-3. Just wish these small issues were fixed!
