Once I learned the proper methods for creating the best sound this drum is perfect for me . Several of us in our drum circle have purchased this drum in various sizes

Sometimes you read these reviews and the bizarre hatred towards an item just doesn't measure up. I love this bongo as it replaced one i had forever that my buzzed friend slammed it hand thru. All move friends love to tap on this bongo and it was price effective replacement.

I have really enjoyed playing this djembe. It is a great introduction to this type of drum. The only reason I say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the description of the size of this drum was a bit misleading. The description is accurate, but I misunderstood and should have read more carefully
