Excellent shower head - I am glad I chose it amongst others. Pros: 1. Great price, actual performance better than items more than double the cost. 2. Easy installation, clear, succinct instructions. Even some like me, with little or no plumbing skills, took less than 10 minutes to install this perfectly. Full disclosure, I am not a great fan of Teflon tape, so didn't use the Teflon tape that was in the box. I separately purchased RectorSeal T Plus 2 23710 Pipe Thread Sealant from Amazon, which worked great for this installation. 3. Performance and aesthetics: This has the looks and finish of a much more expensive shower head. Both the main shower and the handheld have rotating rings for adjusting the flow. I just tested them in a long, comfortable shower and I found the flow, pressure and adjustment settings perfect. Cons: None that I could see. Except perhaps the Teflon tape could be replaced with a tube of thread sealing paste. Summary: This is an excellent choice. I highly recommend this for purchase.

I read a lot of reviews of products before I buy things, but I'm not usually one to do reviews. This product however deserves a glowing recommendation. I have tried 3 or 4 different rain shower heads over the last few years and they've been ok, but nothing super standout. This product however is pretty amazing and I'll try to share why. 1) The water pressure in the main head is good. It isn't incredible, but it makes the rain and mist settings feel exactly how they should. They provide enough pressure to really feel clean after soaping up, but not so much that you want to get out. The power setting is really nice if you have a lot of hair to rinse. 2) The hand held unit has about 1.5-2x the pressure of the main unit, so if you really need a "hard" shower it is perfect for that. 3) The unit changes from setting to setting very easily, compared to other units I've tried. It looks and feels very high quality, even though it is plastic. 4) Both heads have a "pause" function, so If I want to take a few minutes to really soap up I can. 5) Install is super easy, it was tool free and I only had one very easily fixed leaking connection. 6) The main showerhead can mount on an extender arm, which I did. So I have a luxurious rainfall coming from direction above, while the hand held is up against the wall. 7) Lifetime warrenty, in case of any issues. The only negative I could see is the length of the shower hose for the handheld, its about 4.5-5 feet long, which for me is ok as I'm 6'4, but I think it could be on the short side if you're shorter than I am. If any negatives come up, I'll be sure to update this review.

I have a Moen valve and head set up. My Moen shower head started acting up, so I was looking for a replacement which looked like it belonged with the Moen valve assembly and had the removable shower head. I like that this set up as it has two heads, so you can use the removable one with the main and/or fixed one. I have kept the flow limiters for now and both heads seem to provide enough flow for my needs. I like having different adjustments for the show pattern. I also like being able to go with just the fixed, both, or the removable one. The overall installation went good. They provide Teflon thread tape in the box which is nice. There is A LOT of plastic, so be careful not to damage anything when you install the head. Overall, I am happy with the shower head and performance. My experience with shower heads in the past that have this much plastic is that they don't last very long (like measured in a few years). I bought a replacement Moen shower head when this happens. I paid $34 for this shower head which is pretty good for something that will likely last only a few years. Since there so much plastic used, I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. Also note, my wife thinks this head is a bit ugly, but since I have a back-up Moen shower head to switch in she was nice and let me install this (for now).

Easy to install, I like the hose on it as it's not just a rubber hose but a metal bendable hose, I love that you can switch from one shower head to the other (the large or the small) separately. I also like that you can make either shower head a different setting. It's my first double shower head and the larger one keeps you extra warm in the shower vs only the top smaller one that I usually purchased. Overall, I love it. Water flow is good in my area, no low water pressure but the shower head also works well if you're using less water instead of having it on full blast, so it's a nice water saver too.

I love this product! Installation was so easy, no tools were needed. Everything hand tightened and nothing leaked upon my installation. The shower head and the wand function perfectly and have a number of different settings that make their usage wonderful. You can use them separately or together and switching between functions on the shower head, the wand and the choice of wand or shower or both head is really easy.

This thing is great so far. Nice broad head with excellent pressure and coverage. It was really easy to install, about 5 minutes, and working very well so far. Wish we had upgraded sooner.

Had it for a year and the big shower head snapped off.

Did not like that it wasn’t a complete shower set up with face plate, on off valve/handle.

No la recomiendo. Duró solo un año. Un día empezó a salir agua disparada hacia el techo y al querer ajustarla, se rompió completamente. Lo único que está hecho de acero inoxidable es la manguera de la regadera de mano. Todo lo demás es de plástico. Por el precio, hay regaderas de mejor calidad.

I cannot believe how awesome this shower head is! I was having trouble with low water pressure in my shower. When I installed this (which was a snap btw) I went ahead and removed the flow regulator before installing it. My water pressure is now so amazing....even when diverted through both shower heads....it's as though the water is trying to push me down while I am showering!!! It's just amazing! Besides the outstanding performance, it looks spectacular as well. It is definitely a fantastic buy! I would highly recommend this to everyone!
